This indicator tracks the historical number of unique collections that were purchased each day. This indicator shows two series. The first one is the total number of collections over time that had at least a sale. The second is the number of NFT collections that had at least a sale on each day.
Tracking the historical number of unique NFT collections purchased can provide insights into the overall health and stability of the NFT market. For example, a sudden and significant increase or decrease in the number of unique NFT collections purchased could indicate a potential issue or opportunity in the NFT market.
As can be seen in the screenshot above, over the last 2 years the NFT market has been following an upward trend where it can be seen that the new NFT collections that are being bought each day has been increasing over the long term. This is a positive sign that the NFT market is growing in adoption.
