This graph is valuable to compare value locked across top protocols. Specifically, it can be interesting to see where liquidity shifts following large events such as the expiration of the UNI liquidity mining rewards.
In this case, users can observe that following the expiration of UNI rewards, Uniswap’s liquidity dropped approximately 50%, with some of it likely reallocating to other top DeFi protocols.
