News Keys Topics
Overview
IntoTheBlock’s machine learning algorithms scan the most trusted 35 news sources for crypto to identify the most prevalent topics for a particular crypto-asset in a given day. The result is the News Key Topics indicator, which creates a word cloud with the size of each word varying depending on the relevance of these keywords.
💡 How can I use it?
The News Key Topics indicator is helpful to stay up-to-date with the latest news surrounding your favorite crypto-assets. By clicking on each keyword, users will be able to access the articles discussing this particular topic.
This indicator is also helpful to have an idea about the news moving the market, which is why the price of an asset is displayed below the word cloud. For example, on October 9 you can see that the price of Bitcoin increased and ‘stimulus’ was a keyword. This was due to positive news about an U.S. government stimulus package emerging that day, which would theoretically be beneficial for Bitcoin.
